    Hello Fellow F-chatters,

So without getting into too many specifics, I purchased a 6 figure classic at a prestigious auction house in Monterey this last August. Unfortunately a lawsuit is transpiring based on "big time" fraudulent representations. This really sucks!!! I am from out of state, and the auction house paperwork stipulates that any lawsuits brought forward in regards to our transaction must be tried in California. My attorney is not licensed in California and he is looking into this, but I figured what a better source than here? Please PM or reply here if you have any specific names or ideas for me.

Preferably a good trial attorney who knows cars, auctions houses, and fraud well?

    Thanks in Advance!!!
