    We have what appears to be a messy situation coming up with a GST. The venue is Indian River County. This will be the second round of litigation with the parties, although not on the same topic as the initial case. The topic is now trust and estate planning related to how the GST is administered.

    Based on the initial case, someone aggressive and driven is needed in the courtroom.
