It's really sad to see it in that current condition, I guess it's been sitting for awhile. What's the story with the F40 anyway?

From what i read in another post this car was aready snapped up and bought in the condition as we see it for $25,000. The car was sitting in a saudi garage and the owner forgot about it after he dropped it for a service.

    Some more pics.

Before anybody asks, its not for sale. The owner has decided to keep it and it will not be for sale at any price. There is an electrical problem with the car which is being worked on (in between other jobs) so the car is in pieces at the moment. Other than that it ran perfectly fine and the garage fired it up and drove it round the block every so often. The car has been with the garage for about 10 years.

Apart from being dusty, the car is actually in OK condition. Nothing looked broken (apart from being dismantled) and none of the body was damaged. For all those wondering how someone could leave a car like this in this condition, well it comes down to th owner. He is extremely wealthy, and lives a very busy life, most of it outside the Kingdom. Many of you assumed oil prince, but thats not the case. He has said to the garage not to sell the car now, but has not indicated when or if he will be collecting it. But, its not for sale. Shame really as like most of you I was looking to snap it up!

Do you know how long the car has been in that state?
And do you know how long it has been in Saudi?

Not yet as I need to resize the pics for that site. I'll do that tonight.

I completely missed the pullman when I was there! Only realised it when I was looking at the pics.

Adnaan, is this not the same F40 from the other thread created a few months back?

The creator of that thread posted photos and claimed he also was going to buy it (hoping for $30,000) also. It never did happen and the poster was determined a waster.

Same car. The thread continued and I posted it there, but I thought people here might be interested too.

Paul The garage has had the car for 10 years. I cant be sure how long before that the car came to saudi.

Something is not right there. The trip meter can't read more than the odometer.

    Actually , it's not Pullman. This is Mercedes-Benz 600 (W100) - produced between 1963 - 1981 . Pullman was a stretched version of that car.
