Has anyone done the Beaches cruisin' at PIR on Wed. nights?
I know a few who go there, but I have yet to make it. If a group of us were going I would go. Cheers!
I have been several times,theres lots of nice cars,motorcycles,food,music,beer,alcohol beverages, & ET drag racing going on. its a fun way to spend a wednesday evening
I've heard from some that F-cars are allowed & I've heard from others that they are not. Anyone know what's what?
After going tonight I can confirm that exotics are definitely welcome. It would be a fun to take a group of italian exotics in as a portland outing in August. Probably 1000 cars. Lots of American pre 73 metal, customs, bikes, vintage european, vettes ,vipers and exotics. The one thing they make an strict policy to keep out is import tuners. Beer garden and BBQ. Good mix of collectors, WT, and americana! Basically a lot of good cars to look at and interesting people to watch.
We go every Wed night and it is a great time. There are little waves of exotics here and there, but yes they are welcome. Anything Pre-73, all Camaro and all Corvette and of course exotics. Beer garden, food, live entertainment and of course the drags....it really is agreat way to spend a Wed night.
I've taken my 330 out there several times, and saw a black one there last month. Always fun, would be great to get a group of us to go together this summer.
