    at a 24 hour diner near me they have french fries drowning in nacho cheese and gravy. I've heard them called "Disco Fries" by one of the waitresses there, but I'm not sure if that's what they're really called. They are, quite simply, amazing. Eat a whole plate of them and you feel like a brick has somehow planted itself in your stomach, but it's well worth it.
