Please help with correct info about Van Horneff's P538. Is it replica or one of the real P538s? What is correct s\n for the car?

According to Hemmings (http://www.hemmings.com/hsx/stories/2008/07/01/hmn_feature7.html) Van Horneff's feature car is "stamped P538 002 on a front stabilizer. It was built for the 1967 Le Mans 24h but never completed. Disassembled by Bizzarrini by 1970, it was finished it as a commission in 1974 or 1975"

This was one of the last cars built by Giotto and his wife, completed a few years ago.
