    Have I just bought a piece of history?
    The last of the first edition is now mine !! Thanks Paul.
    What I now need is the 2nd edition which is sold out, so either I would like to see a copy or if anybody would like to sell one ........ ?

    A shame it can't be resurrected or can it ???
