My best guess it that the only place that you could find one is at a dealership, and you probably won't have much luck. The only time that these really seem to pop up for sale on-line is when a car is wrecked, which rarely happens with Bugattis. Also, while the Bugatti key is nice looking it is basically the same key as the Bentley, as seen in these two pictures I took.

The guts of it are a common VW/Audi design.

I wish I owned a Bugatti. I took this at an autoshow a few years ago where a Veyron was brought in by the local dealership. I happen to know the sales manager, so I asked him if I could see the key so I could get a picture of it, which he did.

exactly, looks like the key to my GTi, with some shiny bits added.

wonder the difference in cost between Bentley, Bug, and VW keys....

$5000 for the primary key, which is sterling silver, and leather wrapped. The key above it is the "top speed" key. The case for it is also sterling silver.

There is also a valet key for the car which limits speed to 5 mph.

The valet key should not be as expensive as the others right ? I think it's the same key as the VW one but with a Bugatti decal/logo on it.

The valet key is an awesome idea. Are there any other cars with a special valet key?

Saturn's come (or at least used to) with

    Owners Key
    Secondary Key
    Valet Key
    plastic "Credit card" emergency key.

I know there are other cars that have valet key's that limit power/ speed, but I don't recall specifics... Remember, I was there when Ken was getting trained by Bugatti on how to make the most of his :)

C4 ZR1s came with a second 'valet' key. It was set up like the top speed key on the Veyron as it had a separate keyhole...turn the key one way for full ZR1 power, turn it the other way and it limited the car to normal C4 power.

    Do you have pictures?

As stated above...a genuine Bugatti key is gonna cost you a pretty penny.

valet keys 99% of the time are keys that only opperate the door locks and the ignition. They do not open the trunk or any other lockable compartments inside the vehicle. They have nothing to do with limiting speed. The Veyron limits the speed, im unsure about the c4 ZR1... but a former owner would know more than I...

After reading this thread I decided to add to my little collection of keys. So far all I had was the Enzo/Challenge Stradale key. I ended up picking up the Maserat QP key yesterday at Ferrari/Maserati of New England yesterday. Amazingly it was only $10. I also couldn't resist and ended up buying a Maserati instrument panel as a desk decoration. It is an actual panel, not some decorative replica.
