The thing I find so incredible about the Veyron, that makes is so awesome, is that it was designed to be a street car, the ultimate street car. It wasnt just a homologated special to be able to race. This is an awesome feature, and I believe that is why the Veyron is still the best supercar around and will be for a long time.

By the time this Porsche, or any other supercar imitator comes out, the proposed Veyron GT will be available with 1275 HP. In a car that is mannerly enough to drive to the grocery store.

    Performance, maybe not.

Looks, well, let's just say I like my Mondial 8 better...

I guess looks is one of those subjective things. In the metal, the Veyron comes off as the incredibly fast car that it is, all the curves serve a purpose, yet it's heritage is unmistakeable.

But then I also like the Enzo and the Mondial 8. Sign of a car whore.

    I don't see it happening.

The only "Porsche" That can go heads up with the Veyron no problem and thats the Dauer but thats if you want to consider than a porcshe. Now every automaker is going to have answer to the Veyron.

I know what mine is, the GSX-R1300 turboed.

Either way id still take a Murcielago and Zonda over the Veyron any day.

It looks like a stubby fat pig in the metal.

    The ultimate VW Beetle?

I think the Bugatti is awful, and makes the McLaren look even better than it already did.

I love the Bugatti. Maybe I will have enough cash to buy the new Porsche, Bugatti, Mclaren and Zonda.

    I totally agree

Id still take a GTR LM over the Veyron anyday.

Id still take a Zonda and a Murcielago over a Veyron.

Hell a busa on a 50 shot of go juice runs 8.80's so thats more then enough. The bug is a car that will never be race proven and it doesnt matter how much horse it has it will simply never be what the Mclaren F1 is.

My opinion there will never be another car out there as a great as the Mclaren F1 regardless of how fast it is, that car has acomplished sooo much in a short amount of time.

There is just something so utterly wrong about that.

She might not look like much, but she's got it where it counts. The same engine can produce 4000bhp in supercharged form.

Don't forget, they are on a budget so niceties like supercar looks tend to get...overlooked.

Some slight bulkhead modifications were required.

Disagree. Completely. It is a proper addition to the Bugatti name.
