    Due to a building collapse at 108th Street between Lexington & 3rd Avenues, there is no local service on the #6 Subway line between 42nd and125th street stations (running express only).

    The #6 will run on the express track between those stations. All express service on the 4, 5 & 6 is running slowly (10 MPH).

    You left out the part of the article that claimed the collapse was possibly caused by a loud group of ferraris that raced past the building. It seems that the exhaust note of the cars was at the same resonant frequency of the steel in the building.
