I haven't found a place in the tri-state - but to fess up, I haven't looked very hard.
I've found as you have: most want large batches.

If you hit the 308 section, you'll find references to do-it-yourself kits. But the consensus is use hi-temp spray paint. You'll find references to rub & buff. dont bother. been there tried that. dissappointing

I've got a "copy-cad" system from caswell. Works great on small parts. Takes a little practice but has helped tremendously in my slow, ongoing, piece by piece resto of a 70 Corvette. Each piece can be finished in plain zinc, polished zinc (up to mirror finish), blue or yellow chromate whichlooks like Cad plating. Pitting of rusty parts can be a problem but can sometimes be sanded out prior to plating.

Shoot me a PM if your interested in learning more.

Yes, I saw that kit at Caswell Plating. You have a PM.

The one place that I found was Artistic Metal finishing in Somerville NJ, but they prefer large batches.

Contact Miller & Sons Plating in Bellville, NJ. They are a family owned business with generations of experience in plating. Not sure if they handle cadmium but its a good place to start. Ask for George. They have done work for me in the past, not Ferrari related, with great results at reasonable prices. Feel free to mention Doug from Cordes referred you, he may remember me or not, they have a large customer base. Good luck.
