Have you tried working out/gym to burn some energy to make you sleep?

I am planning on joining a gym. I have cut back on the coffee and cokes and am drinking more water. But I don't have a problem falling asleep all the time.

I'm not close enough to the city to go out for drinks now.

Not to rub salt in the wound, but I have just perfected the "sleep in a chair without my head falling to either side" thanks to advancing arthritis in my neck.

I find it useful in movies, church and some meetings although I try to use it with restraint while driving.

lol, a long time ago I was talking with a friend about a device that could be worn under a shirt that couldn't easily be seen. It would hold your neck up so you could nap in class and it wouldn't look like you were from a distance. Like a clear cervical collar.

I finally fell asleep around 4 and woke up about 9. So I got a little sleep but didn't wake up as early as I would have liked today.

I know people that stay up studying for tests and will not sleep. I can't do that. I am useless without sleep. Even if its a couple of hours, I have to have a little. I've got a final next week at 8am and my school is about an hour away. I'm going to have to try and fall asleep early. I don't want to take something and it make me sleepy the next morning.
