Just excited, as my Carrera GT was delivered today...!!!

The Ferrari content is that I took a nice drive in the F40 today also....Damn thing feels like the front end comes off the ground while in full boost in the lower gears....Ferrari drag car...may need wheelie bars ;)

P.S congrats on the acquisition, now hurry up and rack on the miles before certain people start saying stuff like "they are meant to be driven", "who are you saving it for?" and "garage queening the car is bad for your seals".

CGT is a fantastic stablemate for your F40. Congrats! The engine sound of the CGT is highly addictive

    Congrats!

To me it always felt like the F40 was going to take flight during full boost. That's part of what makes it so exciting. :)

Congrats Jati!!! +1 on the picture request. I've noticed that all the guys with CGT here( you, RufMD, Kuzi) also own a F40s. What makes you choose that combination guys? Why not F50 or a Enzo combined with the CGT. It will be interesting to hear your thoughts and opinions....

I had all three and the F50 is the spiritual predecessor to the CGT. The basic structure of both cars is very similar - normally aspirated engines, CF chassis, horizontal shocks, removable roof, stick shifted 6 speed, whereas the F40 is the antithesis of the CGT (and F50 for that matter). I loved them all but I have now seen the light and anything younger than 40 years old is too modern, so they are all slowly but surely being passed on to new owners who will hopefully enjoy them as much as I did.

Absolute favorite car of all time. The sound with AWE straight pipes isn't matched by anything short of a race car. I would absolutely DIE for that car.
