Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Ok you love them or you don’t. I have had Stretch since 2010. Built by “Nobody” in Liberty, South Carolina. Nothing like riding a rigid chopper. Feels like 2008 all over again! Went for a 30 mile ride today and the knuckle hummed! I know Kevin has a nice one he built. Any other choppers still out there?? Nice chop - but had to fix one line of your text Bring’em on boys - who else has more cajones than brains?! Kevin
This is my style of chopper. I always wanted a bastard. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1968-rickman-metisse-mkiv/?utm_source=Iterable&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=campaign_3530296
It just sold today - you should have been all over that, TF - then we could go cruising for chicks! Kevin
I'm tempted by this. Not because of the Elvis bs, who cares? But it has some color. I hate all this black. A motorcycle needs to rock. Candy Apple all the way. https://www.triumphmotorcycles.com/motorcycles/classic/bonneville-t120/elvis-presley-edition-2024
I'm also tempted by this. It would make a great point of beginning. https://www.triumphmotorcycles.com/motorcycles/classic/bonneville-speedmaster
Agreed! So here’s the plan… You buy it - I’ll rake it and stretch the forks - and add a sissy bar - and paint the tank “Union Jack” as an homage to the Easy Rider “Captain America” (which has been done before, but still plays well) - then we meet up in Sturgis next August for beer, tattoos and debauchery. PMing you my address for delivery of the vanilla bike now… Kevin
Here was my 2004 Bourget “Low Blow” with 124 S & S … Sold ( traded it ) a long time ago for a 2001 Viper RT / 10 which is also long gone …. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Designed and built by me because I was bored and all those chopper shows were just assembling not "building" so decided to build one. Posted the whole journey. The design was to result in a old-skool gangster bobber but with some modern aesthetic sensibility. https://www.xs650.com/threads/my-sx650-scratch-bobber-build.27821/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Just found my tank & fenders on the "Deanos Custom Painting" website ... that was so long ago - put about 7000 miles on it over two years - great memories Image Unavailable, Please Login
LOL - way, WAY past my artistic ability. "Deanos Custom Painting" did it in Arizona - they used to work closely with Bourget Bike Works - maybe still do. MDS
I got a 2010 Maxline Chopper. “Blue Diamond” And has a 300 rear. I will dig out some pics. I like trailering it and dropping at the various bike events. My Bagger for long haul and former “bar hopper” fat boy I used to long haul and use to bar hop, “a lot”. Still have bike, stopped drinkin.
I must say, that bike is very well set up. The front end is set up properly and will allow for pretty good handling and stability (for a chopper).... and of course, there is nothing like a knuckle. Well done
My bike at launch. I did not own it then and the seat has been recovered (now a beautiful walnut colour). If I had it built, the front end would be built better and it wouldn’t have twin lights or the spring . In person this bike is a very cool looking weapon. The paint is incredible. When I get back to my house I will take a bunch of pics. Choppers are art and I love them. The best thing to do is to trailer them to a bike week and enjoy AT the event. You don’t “road warrior” these things. Image Unavailable, Please Login
