Just thought some of you might be interested in my UK car club newsletter for this month. It's got a write up of some Aussie news, and its' general format is quite good if any Vic club officials are interested in doing something similar.

You need Acrobat 7 to read it I think, but my cyberskills aren't up to much, so I could be wrong.....

No argument there, maybe I should write more for it!!

The club is thriving though, so maybe there's something there that can be carried to the clubs here to help a bit... just a thought.

I signed up for FCA membership this week. Do I need to create a shrine to Enzo at home or anything now?

There are a couple of guys in the Ferrari Club here that come along in their Lambos - but both also own Ferraris, one guy with the 40th Ann. Murcielago (also owns a 550 Barchetta) and another with a Diablo and Countach (used to also own a 348).

Nope, but since I know quite a few people in the club (mainly Pete, Looney, John Millard and Andrew Stevens) I usually find a way to go along to the drives.

I'm not even 100% sure what the advantages of being an associate member are anyway, haven't really looked into it.

I think they are just using me to get my photos :p - one of my photos will actually be on the cover of the club magazine next week, which is nice (thanks Andrew). :)

Thanks Roger, but right now the bank manager is happy with my line up but the missus isn't. If I bought your car, both of them would be unhappy. :D

Well, we would prefer for you to ONLY own Ferrari's, but if you have to have one of those others things, I guess we can turn a blind eye.....................for now.

Is a red cap required for all events or can you come out of uniform?

I believe SHARK on the Gold Coast owns an F-car and a Lambo. Not sure if he's a FCA member though.
