We just had a little event called Italian Car fest as part of Grapefest in Grapevine Texas. The event went wonderfully and many many Texas Fchatters were in attendance as both spectators and participants.

    http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24435&page=1&pp=20

As the Title Sponsor Texas Driver Magazine got to hand out an award called the First Texas Driver Award and we had many very good choices from the people in attendance. We did not want to give the award to a car but to the Driver that we felt best exemplified what we are about at TDM. Passion with out pretense, and DRIVE THE THING that is what it is for.

our selection committee (me) decided the best person for this award was our own TILLMAN, partially because his 328 has 72,000 + Miles on it but is still in very good shape, partially because I know how active Tillman is in the Clubs around town but the factor that put the decision over the top was of all the cars displayed with "Please admire but don't touch" signs Tillman shared his passion and his car with his own "Please Touch and Sit in my Car." sign

There were other cars there that were higher mileage there were others with more glisten and shine but none had a PLEASE TOUCH

    Good on you TILLMAN!

    Ummm.

    Thanks everyone.

I have to tell you I was STUNNED when they called my name. Matt was next to me and can attest to that. I still don't see that placing the note on my car was that big a deal, but I'm glad people were able to enjoy the car.

    I'm so photogenic :(

    Thanks again

Yeah Tillman and Mike Morowitz (red 88 328 GTS) were the coolest. Both patiently answered my many questions
