Couldn't find a thread for this so this is just a place to put really nice buildings, NOT homes, but commercial buildings, so if you come across a nice building, new or old add it here;

Found this one the other day, a new hospital built in Kentucky, a small town, with one really nice looking hospital;

Cabela's 250,000 SF pennsylvania store, it's so big that google maps has "streetviewed" the interior. What an amazing place.

Coolest airport terminal/building by far is Jackson Hole, WY. Nothing else comes close imo. Amazing backdrop with the mountains as well.

 

Yeah that is sweet, but the backdrop is 60% --- Jackson Hole Airport Terminal Expansion, Wyoming/USA by Gensler | Architecture LabArchitecture Lab


But nothing tops the TWA terminal at JFK for airport buildings imo.

Energy-wise and tech-wise, and even new industrial investment we are doing well now, BUT we really need to see some great large scale architecture happen in the US. Chicago, Miami, and 1WTC are nice but more of what the link above shows.

 

That's pretty ridiculous.

I still like the Jackson Hole terminal more. I love wooden rooms/structures. Better than concrete imo. Plus, the backdrop is nicer than NYC imo.
