Happy Holidays to all my friends. In August of this year I had a major done including all coolant hoses. (85 308gtsi with 21,940 miles). I have now 22,530 miles. On Monday I drove the car and then parked in my garage overnight. Did not use it Tuesday. Went to use it Wednesday and saw a/f under front of car. Jacked car up in front and found everything dry. I took off the inspection plate and all was bone dry. I went around tightening all clamps I could find and a few I could get 3/4-1 turn on the clamp but no visible sign of coolant getting past the clamp. I left jacked up on stands that night. In the morning everything was still dry. I took car off the stands and started it up. It reached about 190 degrees and both fans came on. I shut it off and let it cool off. No problems and no leaks. I am constantly checking my gauges when driving and all seems fine. The coolant in the reserve tank is about 1 3/4" deep(about to the seam in the tank). I used it today and all is still fine. Is the coolant level correct and is there anything I should be looking for?
    Thanks and be safe, Sam

Personally I wouldn't worry about it until I had a big puddle and could see where its coming from.

I would say the coolant level in the expansion tank is correct, Just keep an eye on the temp guage. If you want some more "piece of mind" then bleed the system. Make sure the heater vents are wide open and the fans are on full, run the engine and bleed from the radiator and the thermostat housing. It helps if the car is on a small incline with the front up higher than the rear. Good luck and good driving.
