COTA Hotels

Hi All- I am newly in charge of Social Events for the CCR, and as such will arrange room blocks and rates for all upcoming events. I am currently working with COTA to secure rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott, which is one of the closest properties to the track. I would love some feedback and room count from any driver, team or supporter who is going to be attending. I am also getting a rate for the JW Marriott Downtown as well, but am not sure of pricing on that.

Just as an FYI, this is the same weekend as the Austin City Limits Music Festival, so rooms and hotels aren't too interested in working with me.
