Does anybody play this who post here. It is the best online game in the world. It would be fantastic to have an FChat server,

Seriously, if you have played you will know what I mean. It can steal your life but is a top laugh.

I would share the cost of a server no prblem. Any takers?????

used to, quit after steam and 1.6 came along and screwed it up

 

Use to be really into it but I stopped playing it awhile back ago. Just too many damn problems. That and Day Of Defeat.

 

I stopped playing for a year and now I find myself with gaps of free time here and there...

and I got a free copy of CS: source. It's so addicting...

 

I stopped playing then... but I am really glad they did all that. Runs 100x better.

Pretty addicting game. Especially when you're playing it in a college dorm with a crazy-fast server and all the doors to the rooms open so you can scream at each other. I miss that. Oh well, I have a new drug.

No, but I play Black Hawk Down. Looks similar....... Is this game good / better?

 

It is officially the worlds busaiest and best, although i did like MOH and BF 1942 in all of it incarnations.

I beleive there are over 13000 servers now!

 

I hope not, I am spending too mmuch time on cs, if dod is better I might as well be a single man again, oh the memories...................

 

I remember playing it CONSTANTLY in my freshman year of college (5 years ago). Where can I download a copy now?

Lately I've been quite obsessed with Call of Duty: United Offensive, but I've still got CS:S and I've played it a lot.

 

I have been online gaming for years now. Back in the days of C&C and Red Alert.

IMO, i was hooked on BF1942 for ages. Such a fun game to play. CS did not interest me at all, as fighting around in a maze is realisitic? Dont think so.

IMO, the current game to OWN all games is WORLD OF WARCRAFT.

Buy this. Get Addicted. Don't put it down for months. I know i have....

And if anyone of you say that there are lag issues, try the servers now

COD:UO here.. but GTR is starting to creep into my game time, pushing my F1C practice into near nothingness..

What do you think of all new Teamspeak system to be used with it?
Its gonna be awesome. By laggy as hell for dial-upers.

 

I've been playing since beta 6.x - I dont play cs:s often now... couple times a mounth, still pretty fun!

 

I play it, I havent in a while Im a little rusty. Great game, seriously addicting. I remeber I pulled some all nighters playing CS. Good times.

 

I haven't played it in a while but if it has teamspeak it maybe worth playing again. I stopped due to too many kids were hacking cheats during online play. No fun in that.

 

Yeah there will be player rank specific teamspeak within the team. The commander of the side will be able to brodcast to his Field Sergeants and Riflemen, while the riflemen cannot broadcast to him. The commander can order air strikes and art fire onto the front lines.

There will also be (wait for it) proximity teamspeak so if you manage to sneak into their base undetected, you can eavesdrop on their plans!

Not to mention the player controlled missiles, heat sneaking ones too, and the planes/heli's that have imporved features!

And did i mention the graphics?
