    One of my ventures is growing, with a performance bond and other increases the current CPA cannot keep up, and I am catching errors. I'm too busy to be catching errors! Seeking recommendations for competent aggressive local (northbay if possible) help that an fchatter *trusts*.

    Ben: I assume you need reviewed financials for your surety. These two are the best around. Neither is cheap, but either can do the job and have great reputations. They can hook you up with an external controller (if that's what you need) to keep things straight on an ongoing basis. Post Sarbanes-Oxley, I don't think any CPA is being "aggressive."

    Good luck finding a competent CPA. Very hard to find a good one these days.
