    One swimming buddy gone to hospital for xrays after getting dumped; another tragically declared dead on the beach - no one knows yet whether a surf accident or coincidental health issue .... sucks big time because he was the nicest guy and also carer for his wife who has very advanced MS. Heartbroken.

    Meals onWheels he did 3 mornings a week for them; reckon the kitchen would have been chaos this morning, he did a crucial organising role, making sure the correct meals got to the correct places.

    I had a 93 yo aunt who did MOW for over 20 years .... said she needed to get the meals to the old dears , wtf was she ??!!

    Some people are good to the end .... I'm too shellfish :(

    This whole area had 3M over it .... you can see I've got it off and no paint came off ..... this would probably be because it was painted properly in the first place and probably had enough time to cure before the film went on
