Don Lapre

This guy use to scam people for millions with that "It doesn't even make sense to go to work for somebody else..." BS line. Then he had that "Ultimate Vitamin" scam. Now He just popped up on my TV with some new website scam.

Is there not place in our jails for him? I thought he was broke? I saw him crying about how he lost his fortune when the dot come bubble burst. He's back from the dead?

for some reason, there are always idiots out there who believe this guy. Yes he is very annoying, and should be thrown in jail.

 

You too can make millions by placing tiny classified ads in newspapers just like I did! LOL

I tried this guys crap. I put all these little ads out in newspapers all over the nation. They said "Don said to put lots of little ads out and people will send you money. This is my ad. Please do as Don has instructed and send me money. Call xxx-xxx-xxxx".


It didnt work.

One little old lady in Iowa did however did send me a nice knitted scarf.

IIRC wasn't he in jail in Florida for a bit 2-3 years ago for fraud ?

He just looks like a scam artist. He's proof, however, that people believe anything on tv and will try anything to make it rich with doing as little work as possible. Besides, how can you not tell these people are acting? They're terrible.

This guy is alllllll over the tube now and Paula Zahn did an interview with him a few nights ago on CNN (not very good btw). He's another scammer back from the dead, but it's unreal that people still buy into it. It's even scarier as his book could seriously lead to real health problems & people potentially dying:

Ugh. I went over to my 85yo grandmother's house the other day and she had bought his book at the grocery store. I told her the guy was full of crap and she admitted she thought so too, but wanted to read his book anyway. I'm printing this stuff and taking it over to her.

edit: On second thoiught, I don't think I will. It will probably upset her to know she's been taken. Better off letting the book collect dust on her bookshelf.
