Decided the airbag steering wheel is a little too big for my liking so bought a second hand momo steering boss and getting this installed.

I have a serie fionaro steering wheel available too, it's in so-so condition spare, will post it on eBay soon.

what happens if your car came with air bag from the factory but you removed it? is this against the law or would you get hassel by the insurance company *if* you happen to get involved in a car accident?

airbag light will be on for starters, but i plan to remove the bulb. Technically the car will fail its MOT equivalent in HK but that only needs done once per year, at which time the airbag steering will be re-installed. In terms of insurance, the car only has third party cover so its really my own risk. but a thicker smaller wheel does feel much better to me than the original one.
