DVA models

We note that the original thread has been closed. However, I have been contacted by a long-suffering European client regarding DVA's non-conformance to a verbal contract, lack of real communication, refusal to refund monies, etc., etc.
Attempts at outside direct communication has proven futile - perhaps there is a new address?
Hence, if the principals of DVA would please contact me by private email I should think that arrangements can be made for return of my client's monies. Be advised that any correspondence will become public if needs be.
And, please, honesty is the only policy which is acceptable. Denial and obfuscation are not.
