    I don't know much about the EC other than you have to be invited to join. That whole group is often made fun of by the majority of the exotic community for being what they are, so I'd try to learn more about it before wanting to join. There are many members on Fchat, most of which you can tell by having "ec" somewhere in their avatar. You might try by messaging one of them on here first.

    As much as I can recall, it was started by a bunch of disaffected NY Tri Staters who wanted a place of their own.

    Details are hazy, as the break away group started shortly after I joined here, but...

    Wander into the NYTS forum and ask those guys about it.
