    Will the Michelin runners be required to use the same engines all the way through Germany or will they be able to use a new engine in Britain like the other teams? Since they really did not race the engine does this weekend count as one of the two races? I would think if they actually started the race it might count. Does anyone know?

    It depends on whether or not they legally competed at Indy. If they competed, then the race counts against the engine. If they didn't compete, then they broke a contract to compete and would then face much harsher penalties (money / points) than having the race count against their engine. My guess is they'll pass on the penalties and the race will count against the engine.

    I would assume they will have to use the engines in the next race. Technically, IMO, they (14 Teams) did not run the race.
