The USA market Ferrari automobiles have a front bumper structure that meets a 2.5 MPH Federal bumper standard. Canadian market Ferrari automobiles must meet a 5 MPH bumper standard. It was stated here that the Stradale had a different front bumper structure for each market: Euro, USA and Canada. For a limited production automobile like the ENZO would all USA models actually be built to the more strict Canadian 5 MPH standard or would they be different? Anybody know the answer? Thank you.

I think a lot of US safety laws should exempt small small volume cars. If less than, perhaps 1000 units of a model are sold in the US in a year, they should exempt the model from some safety standards (Of course, I also think they should, for the most part, let the free market rule itself and not add to the cost and complexity of cars more than is absolutely necesary).
