I did a search and didnt find anything that answered the question, so sorry if this is a repost. besides the insides of the brake lights in the back, how else can you tell a US-spec Enzo from a non-US-spec one?
Garrett, I'm pretty sure there is something about the orange indicator lights on the side (US have and Euro doesn't). Did you check the owner's manual? I'm not sure if there's anything in there though and it would probably be hard to find. If you find the thread about the 1/12 or 1/5 Enzo model there were some posts there discussing what was wrong about the model (how they mixed up Euro and US details). Hope this helps.
