I have a close friend that is looking to buy an Enzo. He prefers red but is flexible on the color. His dealer isn't having any luck locating one. Please PM me if you know of one for sale.

Wow. Sounds like he doesn't need this particular dealer to help him locate one. There are AT LEAST seven (7) red Enzos blatantly advertised in the the mainland US if you count the 2 pointed out already, and 2 more on the Du Pont Registry, plus at least 2 more with Ferrari dealers, plus the odd specialist car. All are red.

Then there is one coming up at the Gooding auction. Also red.

If he is he is international, there are six (6) more on Classic Driver. Mostly red.

Then there are those privately owned cars that are not advertised anywhere that will sell if you make the owner a decent offer. Some are red.

If you ask me, being a buyers market, your friend's red Enzo cup runneth over!

Often the same, single, high end car is advertised by several different dealers. If you travelled to all the dealers in one day you would find most were not in actual possession of the high end cars they advertise. This is common but still only a generalization. The actual numbers of cars for sale is sometimes impossible to determine unless you are willing to travel long distances over a short period of time.

Yes as with one particular Enzo in Florida that appears on the same page of a website 3 seperate times with slightly different descriptions but is obviously the same single car they have.

But if you do your homework, its not difficult to determine whats really out there...
