Has anyone had experience with Eurospares, UK? I ordered an AAV over a month ago and since have sent two e-mails with no replies. Are they for real? With 90+ inches of snow I'm not in a hurry but I would feel better with a reply from them. I have the original reply with order number but I can't get any info after the initial order. Lostbowl

How many hundred threads here mention them so folk do have experience

Much of UK is closed this week but you could try giving them a quick call ?

I've dealt with them regularly, they're definitely for real. You can normally progress your order online, does that not tell you anything?

I deal with them all of the time. they sell the stuff at same price as *** but the shipping is usually cheaper, at least to my place. They are top notch. must be just the holiday shutdown

They have never replied to any of my emails in the past either, you have to ring them, then they are OK, they should remove the email option as a means of contact.

Like most here, my experience with them has been positive and they're terrific on the phone. Not the fastest on email though.

Not so good experiences with them here, unfortunately. They definitely lack in e-mail communication. Also beware to specify the way you want to have your order shipped. I asked for the most cost effective way for a 2 dollar part that would easily fit through the mailbox. They consequently sent it by UPS, for more than 30 GBP!

Call them, and you will get results. They are fast, honest and professional, but e-mailing them has not been productive for me, either.

Coincidentally, I tried to visit their website last night (http://www.eurospares.co.uk/) and tried again this evening and got only a page with a grey background and some error message - no other content.

Is it just me, or is their website down?

It looks like it's a problem on my end... I just checked now and I still get the same thing:

"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e21'

ODBC driver does not support the requested properties.

    /includes/menubar.asp, line 41"

I asked them for used parts of breaking cars, but they aswered very uninterested, like they didn't care. A second email they didn't reply at all...

After the third and slightly rude e-mail I received a call a couple of hours after the third and last e-mail and they informed me that the AAV is no longer available. I have always gotten great service from Superformance and Colin answers his e-mails ASAP. I doubt that I will try Eurospares again. Good communication is good business! still-lost
