thats not a kit, thats a GTO, which came from the 308 model correct?

Anyways RTB, thats a great combo, you have a great collection, thanks for the pictures. I have never seen an evo, but some day I would like too, its pretty crazy

The 288 GTO is loosely based on the 308, but there is no shared engineering whatsoever, from the 288's ellipitical/oval chassis tubes to its carbon-kevlar bracing and 400bhp turbocharged engine (650bhp in the Evoluzione......).

 

look at the license plate on the GTO.

Will be running P 4/5 up Charles' Driveway. After Villa d'Este we drove her down to the factory, had a nice visit with JT, and then back to Turin.

Will be at the Historic Targa Florio with her early June. You should join us with the 288.

The 288 GTO EVO was on the ramps out the back when I went to take snaps of the F1, as was an F50 with a tubi, F40 etc etc

 

The 288 GTO EVO is amazing. Great!

 

I am reliably informed by the gentlemen that built the car that it should just be called a "GTO Evoluzione" and not "288 GTO Evoluzione"!!
