EZBoard...

Anyone here have an EZBoard... i'm using their free 30 day trial thingie to work on a design for something and i need to edit a forum category and i don't see that option anywhere... Anyone...?

LOL, Mike, i'm just using it as a template to design something else... Once i'm done with it, it'll be dormant... They only give me a 30 day free trial, anyway...

 

please watch out what you do on there. while I have not worked with ezboard's backend, I do know that they suggest that boards have authorization before posting, or else you'll get flooded. they have been hacked a few times and many user accounts have been compromised. it is not a wise choice, even for the bannerless-paid boards.

the successful boards on ezboard, that have existed for more than year, typically do screening for new users. if this is more than just for kicks, give me another ring and I'll discuss other options for you.

 

Thanks, Randy, but it's purely for wasteful, blue print purposes... i have no desire to create and maintain an EZboard... i'm just laying something out - i'm a visual person, i guess, it's easier for me to think something out if i see it...

i had a big EZboard years ago, with forums that pretty much touched on everything there is to talk about and it was a big flop... i won't do that again...
