Why do some Ferrari's have the F prefix ie the F355, F430 etc. while others dont the Ferrari 360 Modena? i checked on the Ferrariusa site and it specified F on certian models.

Because that's the way Ferrari named them. Simple as that...

I was curious about this too. F355 and F430 do sound more natural than 355 and 430... 360 sounds more natural than F360 but that's probably just because I'm used to them.

Don't all the F cars have the F1 paddle shift? cause the first time i noticed it was on the late F355s that first had the paddle shifters then they added it to the 360 in the later years.

All Ferrari cars can be equipped with manual gear shift. Only one I do not know is the Enzo.

Wrong. The F prefix is added by Ferrari at their discretion. "F1" is added to the end of the name to designate paddle-shifters (360 Modena F1, 575M F1, F355 Berlinetta F1, etc.) with the exception being the Enzo.
