Get the book "Ferrari formula 1" By Peter Wright ISBN 0-7680-1341-0

It goes into pretty good detail about the 2000 Ferrari F1 motor

There are some websites that let you view streaming video of the Allianz Safety Focus for BMW Williams. It describes all parts of the car in detail by chapter with the engine being one of them. Here's one site: http://www.sportnetwork.net/main/s107/st45216.htm

Use the drop-down box in the middle of the picture. Scroll down to 2004 and it will talk about F1 engines in that titled chapter, 2003 also has it.

Edit: Once you select a chapter, click the picture in the new link to view the video.

Edit #2: You need to use it in IE, not Mozilla FF.

    Edit #3: Another link: http://www.sportnetwork.net/main/s107/st41568.htm

I highly recommend this book, not just for the motor details, but for all of the car details. Great book.
