F355 Keys

This is a side thread on the Xavier/carbon key thread. I didn't want to sidetrack or hijack. I wanted to post my key-fob and find out if anyone knows if the master keys are connected to a master key-fob integrated with an alarm?

I have (3) sets of keys all of which contain the alarm button. (2) sets which are not shown have the Ferrari emblem on the reverse side and all three include the alarm button.

I'm not exactly sure of the question, but i'll try to help. You should have 3 key fobs. 2 black, and the master fob which is red. The keys themselves are generic and do not integrate with the alarm. Hope this helps. (not sure).

Very Important : Do NOT Lose the Red Fob !!!

They diddnt give me one when I bought the car. Am I missing something?

 

Not all 355's had factory alarms. Mine is another brand and the fob looks different. There ISN'T a red fob if that is the case. The car had an alarm, Sony CD, and K40 installed by the first owner, and I think the dealer, Shelton did all three (or had it done). My 2 keys had a silver cavalllino horse.


BTW that fob looks exactly like the one for my 2000 360, one of which IS a red master.

Key is $210 and $10 for shipping - that is what I was quoted..

 

will have to look into that one. He did say he got a massive amount of orders in the last few days. And Maseratti asked him to make key for them. I know he is slammed now. Let me claricy on the price. But I think 210 is way cheap anyway.

 

can the red key or the other alarm buttons be replaced? i only have two sets of keys and one black alarm button

I bought an enzo or 360 CS key would like to know if it will fit f355 and does the carbon fiber key that is on page one fits the f355. thanks

 

The key on page 1 is for a 355, not sure about an Enzo or 360 key...

Mr. Adachi emailed me and said he has the keys in stock. I emailed him back to double check that these will fit a 355 Ferrari. $220 is alot of change for the key not to work properly. So as soon as he confirms I will release his info for those who don't have it. He prefers Paypal, but will take a credit card..
