Hello everyone, posting this for my brother who isn't exactly a forum guru. He's interested in buying a 355, 6 speed, 19k miles, last engine out service was done 3 years ago. The car is in Vegas where he lives, but he's planning on moving back here to Wisconsin. The decision to buy the car is going to come down to whether or not we can find a reputable place in the Milwaukee/Chicago area to work on the car, and the pricing here (as compared to Vegas). I've read a little bit here and there, like the thread below about it taking 3+ months to get the car back. Is that typical around here where these cars aren't as common? How much more/less should he expect when he brings it in for a major in the next year or so (assuming nothing else is found to be broken)? Any and all help is appreciated!
