Thanks guys, and to Bob for posting. Also to Gregory Trigaux for his work on my car. I really regret that more people could not have attended this event. From the beautiful city of Milwaukee, lunch at Maders, driving the lake front, the art museum and the rally to Harley Davidson's museum. The quaint town of Elkhart Lake, the historic bar at Sebkins, and the most incredible track in America. I understand now why it is called Road America. It is simply awesome...period. And then there are the cars and the people behind the cars. Just first class all the way thanks to the FCA organizers. Also, thanks to Bob and Beth Snow for always being there, Charles Clausen, Marc McConnell, Austin Myer, and Julie Ibrahim for making this fun. It's about the people, the cars, and the lifetime memories we created. I'm still smiling!

    David,

Knowing what I do about you I believe that this award is well deserved. I remember seeing you after driving the area at the Ferrari Cup Challenge. You are the only guy I know that drives the interstates with ear plugs. Now that is my definition of commitment. As is driving the distances you do in your track car....which also happens to be a street car. Though I am not sure how legal of a street car it is.

    tip my glass to you

Here is a group picture at The Ostoff in Elkhart Lake, WI with Charles Claussen, Bob Snow holding J. David's award, Beth Snow and Juan-Manuel himself. Congratulations on a well deserved award, David.

Were there not a lot of people at the event? We were coming with two cars but sold a house at the last minute and had to move

We had a good turn out with 330 people, over 100 cars at the concours, I think 8 BBLMs, 4 333sp, and many other very interesting cars. Enzo, 2 288 GTOs, 3 F40s, 250 AB SWB, ect. This area of the country is beautiful, similar to Watkins Glenn. I'ld love to have homes in both of these areas just for the beautiful location and the tracks.
