    Well, I have been looking for a vintage car and being of limited budget and not a brand purist, have been considering several models from mostly euro makers.
    Anyway, I wanted to give full props to the helpful and generous spirit of two of our chatters. Miltonian has been kind enough to take large amounts of time to scan, copy and send me several period articles concerning an italian car that is not so well known as the big boys and the info has been very revealing and helpful.
    Secondly, Carbon McCoy took the afternoon today to check out a car that by the photos I had seen looked like a real beauty. Carbon, in him inimitable manner, sent me 128 photos of the car!! My decision became quite clear, and althougth the car could be a good deal, its not what I am looking for and his help made it clear and saved me a lot of travel aggrevation.
    I want to thank both of them and applaud the spirit of helpfulness that is so easy to find on this board.

    Carbon, I feel like I spend entirely too much time around here, then I notice you have over 20000 posts and I feel much better. Just think of how many addicted fchatters owe their "enablement" to you!! YOU are the man.
