I have recently lost 35 pounds mostly by cutting crap out of my diet. I no longer eat fried food and have cut my soda consumption in half. I am also eating a lot more freshly prepared foods. lately I am feeling a lot more fatigued then before. Is this normal when a lot of weight is lost in 6 month period?

Good that you eat better. But that does not make you fit. Step up your game and start exercising on a regular basis with weights and cardio. You will feel better and have more energy. ..........Now ditch the soda altogether its garbage. I assume you have had a recent physical, if not you should.

I agree with the exercise necessity. What is your diet?

Your fatigue could also be related to air-born allergies or food allergies. You may also not be getting enough protein or carbs. For carbs throw in some brown rice (really any rice/quinoa) or a sweet potato.
