Ferodo Pads

I'm currently running the cobaltfriction spec vr pad as my track pad, but I'd like to try a pad with a little more bite, and I've read up on the ds3000s and ds3000 plus, and am leaning toward the ds3000 plus, but would like to know how they treat rotors; how many weekends a set of pads lasts; and, what their general properties are; i.e., modulation, pedal feel, dust, noise, etc.
