I am a new owner of my first Ferrari (1989 Mondial T Cab). After I got the car in November 2006, I contacted Ferrari North America to obtain some information about the car. The rep. at Ferrari NA was very helpful and supplied the information that I requested.

To my surprise, he called me back on the phone to inform me that my car had an outstanding recall. It was a pretty serious recall of the fuel lines.
I made the appt. with my local dealer and just got the car back today with all new stainless steel braided lines with aircraft type fittings.

Moral of the story is - if you are a new Ferrari owner or an existing owner, contact Ferrari NA or your local dealer with your VIN # and see if there are any open recalls.
    Enjoy,
    Ron

I did just that for my '03 575M and luckily found all upgrades had been performed. That is very good advice, indeed.
