I have some interest in one. Opinions, market situation?
    What are they like?
    Thank you for your input.

    Regards, Alberto

I recommend Franco Varisco's beautiful book "ASA - L'epopea della Ferrarina".
By its design, an ASA can really be considered as a (small) Ferrari.

    Thank you Giotto!
I am guessing no one owns one on f-chat....

Alberto, search Asa on this forum, there has been a fair amount of discussion on these in the past.

Thank you Mike, mostly old stuff, tons of pages and comments, but nothing concise to my questions:

    1.Pros and cons
2.Market Values today, (except what is on Hagerty, mostly flat market.)
    3.Fun factor?

In other words, are there better / fun / less headache, cars to sink $ into.

Exclusivity, no doubt, as very few made.

    Regards, Alberto

The engine looks like one-third of a 250GT, which makes me wonder if the internals are the same or similar.

    Alberto,

There were road tests in its day that were very positive about the driving dynamics. You should be able to search for these articles.

I believe that Hyman Ltd. in St. Louis has one in inventory.

Thank you! I guess no one in f-chat owns one. Pretty rare car.

Saw both, one hardtop Hyman, one convertible Symbolic.

    Regards, Alberto

Talk with Mark Hyman about the driving dynamics.
Talk with Bill Noon at Symbolic.

Someone ought to be able to discuss the experience.

There is a spider in the St. Louis area owned by an FCA member but his is not on this forum.

    Peter,
    Thank you very much!
Very entertaining, but I have decided against such endeavour, and
    potentially find another car.
    Kind regards,
    Alberto
