Ferrparts

I've been trying to contact FERRPARTS by email for a week, it looks like they are based in California.
However they have not responded.
Are they OK? Has anybody dealt with them? I will try to call them on Monday, I did try last week but the phone was just picked up and put down again as soon as I started to speak.

 

I've never dealt with them. But there have been several threads in the past. As I recall not all have been favorable. Check search function.

 

I have had no problem with them at all. And at 9,000 miles away ... I am easy to ignore.

Perhaps try establishing contact thru an eBay auction.

Crazy idea I know, BUT I have had no issue dealing with them. All experiences to date have been VERY pleasent and they have been more flexable than Gumby to help me out.

Give them a call, it'll work better. This is not the same folks it used to be years ago that didn't have a great reputation.

 

I have bought from them and everything has always gone well.

 

They are a great outfit. Give Brian a call there. They know their stuff.

They are local to me. I have only purchased cam cover gaskets but they were extremely helpful. They took the time to show my around the shop and we talked cars for a few minutes.

If you need me to pick something up let me know and I will drop by on my lunch hour. Small world scenario: I went to high school with one of the managers daughters.

 

Now that you mentioned is true! I have been trying to contac my good friend Patrick and I haven't got any response. I bought all my parts from them and the service is great and a good price.
Now I'm worry since no one can get on touch with them.

 

I have purchased many parts from them. All of my correspondence has been with Russ. They always treat me right.

 

I have a front clip on order with them right now...very helpful on the phone...

I'd call.........not sure what the issue might be, with email.....

 

I talk to them a few times a week. Never have a problem.

Sorry for the emails that are not getting responded too. I have recently changed the filters on our email account due to overwhelming spam from the Ferrari parts exchange website.

We were getting at least 60k spam messages a day, I had over 400K at one point. I have it down to a few thousand a day but it looks like some of them that are getting filtered are you guys! I apologize for the inconvenience and will go through each one of them today/tonight and monitor it daily, so this wont happen again.

I have spoken with Russ on several occasions. He is my "go to" guy.

Call them, but they are very busy.

 

Have worked with Russ and would do so again.

 

Patrick is the best salesman I ever deal with. Great service and very fast.

 

I've dealt with them in the past and never had a problem.

 

I bought a set of F40 turbos from them, normally a hard to find part but was no problem. I think their phone system/web site is a bit antiquated but their business is good. As others said you need to talk with them.

 

Bought my tail lights from them a small problem but they addressed it and made me a happy customer so I recommend them fully

 

FerrParts is my first choice as I've found parts are more reasonably priced than others I've shopped, and they have what I've needed in stock, a big plus. Russ and Patrick are both very knowledgeable and have always been more than helpful.
