    Hello all,

I'm a fellow Ferrari owner but today I'd like to present to you my "Polish Ferrari." 1989 Polski FIAT 126p. I grew up in Poland and this was my family's first car which my Dad had to wait for many years for as these were, like everything's back in those days, rationed.
24hp 2 cyl engine with 0-60 times around 45 seconds or so.

My son and I just finished complete engine overhaul and now it's gonna be his first car. As a father I won't have to worry about him speeding and he loves the car and his friend think it's cool so everyone is happy.

My mother had a similar car, earlier generation, made in Italy. Flat out (after about a ten mile wind up) was an indicated (optimistic, of course) 80mph. Floor start lever and choke, right?

This is the FL (facelift) edition so the start is in the key like a normal car but the choke lever is still on the floor between the front seats. If you were able to get it to 80, you had a strong engine. Normally these go around 70-75 ;-)

Here is our maxing out at 120 km/h. Below the engine in all its glory.
