I have been pulling great information off of Ferrarichat.com for some time and finallly pulled the trigger and purchased a 1995 F355 (black/tan) Spyder. My friends are coming over like we just had a new child. It is a Texas car with a little over 29,000 miles. Had a full 30,000 about 400 miles ago to the tune of $10,000 by a dealer in Texas, i.e. belts, valve guides, etc. The car cost $66,000 with 4 new P-Zeros and only one "sticky" vent. Also, need to clear up a problem with the brake (not parking brake) light coming on when the brake is not in use. Not sure if it is a sensor. I went a little high on the mileage hoping the previous two owners worked the kinks out with their own pocket books. However, the car does not have a tool kit. Someone probably stripped it out to sell. Does anyone know how best to locate the full kit. Is this an e-bay search or is there a good salvage dealer in Northern California? Thanks to all the indiviudals who provided me with great information in their threads.

Hey was this the car that showed up on ebay a number of times? If I recall correctly it was shown (in pics) in an airplane hangar...

If so, very nice car, seemed to have tinted windows, very stealthy! Congrats!!!

My 355 is not the 355 in Texas (airport hanger), although I looked at it. Nice looking car. I believe he is selling both the black 355 and a blue 355 Spyder.

Congrats. The F355 is a very cool car. My fellow co-worker drove his into work today and I'm looking at it outside my window.

    Congrats on the car!

Brake light staying on could be e-brake lever switch or brake fluid level sensor, try unplugging the level sensor to see if the light goes out. Or add a few ounces of brake fluid.

Thanks for all the advice. Found a couple of tool kits and will check on the brake light suggestions when I get back in town. Stuck in Virginia all week on business, will post pictures of the new kid when I get back in town.
