We had the 360 delivered to FCI in Greensboro, NC, for repairs, and they treated us really badly, so we need to send the Ferrari to FoA or Ferrari of Washington. How is FoA in terms of service and repair time? We don't want the 360 to be gone too long...

By the way, we are in Charlotte.

    in a word....

    "EXCELLENT!!!"

Have had my 355 serviced by them the last two years with absolute quality and exceptional speed. Labor was very reasonable.

Make sure you talk with Mark. He is one exceptional service writer!

All my dealings with FoA have been outstanding.

    What was the FCI issue?

I've had both good and not so good dealings with FoA. I believe they are much better with the newer cars than with the older classics though.

I have had three of my Ferraris at FoA at different times. They are not the fastest service center in the world, but they do fix things eventually and sometimes they do it first time. As Frank Parker said, they do a great job on the newer Ferraris so in your case they should fix the car quickly and quite well. I had a Boxer that had been a garage queen and needed some work, and they tried real hard and finally fixed it....properly. It took many hours, many days and many months, but it is now running as well as it ever had. They are curteous, they respond to phone calls and to emails quite well, and they are honest. They did tune my daytona for me also and they did a goods job...I strongly recommend them.

FoA does a fine job. I took my 355 down one morning, no appointment, thinking the worst (car was burping off the line). Mark wrote me up, svc tech Thomas hooked it up to diagnostics, and less than 3 hours later I was out of there with a set of new plugs and a happy car. Highly recommend if you want factory service.
