So Lambo Chicago had the unveiling of their new G-spider last night. I was very impressed. the car seems to have really been improved from the audi influence. Also went for a ride in a 06 coupe, seemed much more responsive in regards to acceleration than previous models. Anyway here are some pics, hope you enjoy. the dude in the car is one of my business partners, super smart guy.

I see that the A-pillars on this one are body-color; they were black on the white LA Auto Show car. What's up with that?

That is a gorgeous car. I don't think Lamborghini will have any problem selling all the Spider's they produce.

    Clandestine,
With regards to the windshield pilars: you have to specify when you order what color you want the surround to be. If it has a BLACK, blue, beige or grey soft-top, you can order the black surround. If you have a blue, beige or grey soft-top (not black), you can choose to have the surround painted the body color.

look closer, its a dark dark green not black, but at first glance i agree i would confuse it for black any day.

Steve likes the dark green colors on Lambos....The more I see the Spider the more I love it. Should it be spelled spyder?

Yes having checked again I believe there is a 'greenish tinge' to the colour. I'll have to put my error down to the green tinted contact lenses supplied by my optician from Mars. I also stand corrected on the spelling of Spyder that Lambo use. Again, I thought I had spelt it correctly. As you will see from my spelling and punctuation I am a Brit. I rarely use Colonial English & never Italiano English but BELLISSIMO (sp?) I believe is a good descriptive word for this 'chariot.'
