Remove sound deadening, replace exhaust system with something more thin walled and no cats, remove steal bumpers, Remove the driveline for the front front wheels, Buy light wheels.

 

Carbon fiber front and rear bumpers and hood...also ditch the glass engine cover if you have it. Another move it to loose the interior of the car...and go with carbon buckets and harnesses

carbon fiber engine lid. carbon doors, lighter drive shaft..., carbon bonnet, carbon bonnet, titanium headers, titanium exhaust, mangeisum head, carbon fiber intake plenium, carbon fiber roof. lower weight wheels, carbon seats.

 

If you are overweight then start by working out, the cheapest way to start making any car lighter.
