Since we are basically stuck in our garages--not a bad thing really. I thought I'd post some pics of my garage and hopefully you all will too. I love seeing other people's garages and seeing what's in there. Mine is very modest compared to most, built in 1929 and sheltering my 1975 Ferrari GT4, 1987 Maserati Biturbo SI, 1923 Dodge Bros. roadster hot rod, and a 1981 Harley rigid ironhead Sportster. I think I could be stuck in a lots worse places. Be safe out there

Sorry but I don't think my photos made it. I'm a idiot when it comes to these things.

Yes, I went the oil based epoxy route.
I purchased from Sherwin Williams locally. I bought the paint roller, respirator with correct filter for the fumes, and drill mixer, etc. I also added grit for traction. It has lasted for 19 years, so far.
It cost me 500.00 total and did two coats.
Very easy to clean and if concrete is very clean, I would not acid wash it. Some do.

Did you know Bob? He was a great guy, understood the importance of a good Cognac and had fantastic yet mostly real stories. Helluva guy. Should you ever decide to part with it I would be honored to take it.

Good thing about bikes is they don't take up a lot of room so you can buy a bunch of them!

I built a garage expansion in 2017. It is now two cars wide and 2 cars deep although I designed the fourth slot as the workshop area. I love the old school look so trying to do that; muted colors and lots of clutter. The walls are more or less Ferrari factory orangish-brownish-reddish color.

By my sink I have the “decisions, decisions” poster and my small Christie shrine. I happened upon someone who collected “film stills” and was selling the two silver-gelatin promotional prints of her for the two “Vacation” movies. I would love to ask her to personalize them but don’t know if she does that kind of thing.

The “Persian carpet” is a humorous point in marriage. My wife is very tolerant of me, but when she saw me loading the carpet in Costco (it’s a cheapie $160 acrylic thing), she became absolutely adamant that I didn’t need a carpet in the garage. I begged pathetically and she relented. I love it.

After seeing this I'm not certain that I should show you my shop. The floor is not painted, the lighting is dim, and it contains mostly SAABs. And one E-type undergoing rust repair.

Brian A didn't point out that the spot light over his bench is a dentist's light. That's very cool.

Since I started this post I thought I would add this bit of "art" from my garage. Ford vs Ferrari. At least Ford is framing Enzo.

I got a lot of crap in here. Eight bicycles, three motorcycles, and a car. And always way more projects than time.

    1974 Ducati 750GT
    1979 Moto Guzzi CX100/LeMans II
    2016 Moto Guzzi Norge
    1983 QV

Like Brian A, I did a garage expansion, and at about the same time. It's fully finished and insulated, plumbed for air all over, and a BendPak mid rise lift is sunk in the floor. Some day I'm going to have to move and it's going to suck.
